Baptism Preparation Class
Recognizing that parents are the first teachers of their children in the ways of faith, we offer catechetical instruction to help parents understand their responsibilities as baptized Christian parents, realize the purpose and significance of the sacramental symbols in the ritual of initiation, grasp the reason for renewing their own baptismal vows, make a new commitment to actively live this life of faith and to actively worship with the community.
All new parents, or parents who have not had a child baptized within the last two (2) years are required to attend a Baptism Preparation class.
The class is held the first Monday of every month at 7:00 p.m. In the event the class falls on a holiday (i.e. Labor Day), the Baptism class is rescheduled for the Monday AFTER the holiday.
Baptism Days and Times
Baptisms are held the second and third Sundays of the month after the 12:30 p.m. Mass (approximately 1:30 p.m.)
Please call the Parish Office to arrange for a baptism date and to fill out necessary paperwork.
