This summer for Youth Group we will be doing the Alpha Youth Film Series. There are twelve episodes filmed in Vancouver, London, Paris, and Jerusalem, hosted by youth pastors Jason and Ben. Alpha’s Youth Film Series explores timeless questions about faith, life and God for a new generation of teenagers in an engaging format. Check out the trailer below!
Starting on Wednesday, May 31, we will be meeting in the Trinity Rooms for dinner at 6:00 pm. Following dinner, we will be moving to the Future Sacristy to watch the video and discuss. We will then enjoy desserts and games to end the night by 8:00 pm.

The National Catholic Youth Conference is an exciting, biennial three-day experience of prayer, community, and empowerment for Catholic teenagers and their adult chaperones. The schedule includes keynote addresses and workshop sessions addressing a wide variety of topics. There are also opportunities for liturgy, reconciliation, prayer and worship, recreation and special activities such as concerts, exhibits, and the interactive thematic park.
Who can go to NCYC? High school freshmen through seniors for the 2017-2018 school year are eligible to attend NCYC. All registrations must be facilitated by a parish or school youth minister, pastor, or volunteer serving as the designated group leader.
We will be meeting at St. Robert’s on Wednesday, April 12, 2017, from 7:00-8:30 pm in the Community Room to discuss the conference in depth. This will include price and payment options, schedule details, all registration information, and chaperone information.

First Communion weekend is April 11th and 12th at the Saturday 5:30 p.m. Mass and Sunday at the 9:00 a.m. Mass.
At the 5:30 p.m. Mass on April 11th all center pews on both sides are reserved for First Communicants and their families. On April 12th at the 9:00 a.m. Mass the first 13 center pews on both sides are reserved for First Communicants and their families.
If you regularly attend the 5:30 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. masses please be aware there will be a very limited amount of seating for parishioners. Thank you for your understanding and assistance ahead of time as we prepare to celebrate with our young parishioners who will be receiving Jesus in the Sacrament of the Eucharist for the first time.

The last class for 8th grade students was March 11th. There will not be class on March 18th or April 8th. Our last class will be April 15th. It will be a Mass for all students and families starting at 6:00 p.m. Please join us! We would love to see all of our amazing families!
We will be having class on Ash Wednesday, February 18th. We normally give the children the day off to attend Mass with their families; however, this year we are blessed to have Deacon Ron Hesson meeting with the children and distributing ashes to them at 4:40 p.m. and 6:40 p.m.
Parents are invited to join the students. The children that attend 4:30 classes will return to class after the service. The 6:00 classes will be dismissed after ashes are distributed.
Parents, please be aware that there will be a 5:30 p.m. Mass this day and the parking lot will be full.
