All parishioners 18 years of age and older are asked to complete the 2nd MOQ Parish Engagement Survey. Your opinions will be completely confidential - no one's individual responses will be shared with anyone. The use of this census allows us to accurately measure parishioner engagement at MOQ and to assess how we serve parishioners compared to other parishes.

With an understanding of the results of the survey we will be able to discern more clearly how God is leading us as a parish, especially in the areas of spiritual commitment, parishioner engagement, and the outcomes of evangelization, community, liturgy and service.

We thank you for your bountiful gifts to us, especially for the opportunity to grow in knowledge of our strengths and to fost parish engagement. Make us strong in spirit to embrace our strengths, open to listeining, and generous in sharing our gifts with our parish family. Empower us with your Holy Spirit to bring Christ to our parish and our parish to Christ through our efforts to build a stronger community of faith, worship, evangelization and service. We ask this through the intercession of our patroness, Mary Our Queen and Mother. May our hearts be ever in growth as our spirits soar to You. Amen.
