Securing a Room in the Mary Our Queen Kenny Center

The first thing you need to do when planning an event at Mary Our Queen is to secure a room in the Kenny Center. Rooms are reserved on a first come, first served basis, and are scheduled according to the size of the event. Reservation forms may be picked up at the Parish Office during normal business hours, or you may choose to download our form below. Reservations will not be taken by phone. If you are unsure which date(s) you need, put down multiple dates, in the order of preference, and the staff will do their best to accommodate your needs.

When you have filled out the reservation form return it to the Parish Office either by droppng it off during normal business hours or by faxing the form in. We cannot accept online returns of reservation forms.

Once the form is received, and if the date(s) are open, your request will be scheduled, and a copy of your reservation form, along with a cleaning check list, will be returned to you.

Please note: Starting September 1, 2007, a refundable cleaning deposit will be required for all ministries, groups, and organizations who use the Kenny Center. Detailed information about this refundable cleaning deposit may be found by clicking on the "Kenny Center Policies" link, located under the Kenny Center Navigation Button at the top of the screen. Please drop off or mail the deposit at least one week in advance of the event.
