Electronic Giving

Mary Our Queen offers an electronic giving solution which allows you to securely set up recurring donations from your personal bank account through electronic funds transfer (EFT) by downloading, completing and submitting the Authorization Form that appears in the right-hand Forms bar.

Just imagine: by selecting the electronic giving solution, you can skip stopping by the ATM or leave your checkbook at home. You can continue to receive monthly offertory envelopes or elect to discontinue them entirely.

Using the Authorization Form, you can elect the frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) and day (5th of the month, 20th of the month) of the donation transaction, as well as where the funds will be applied (Sunday Contributions or Capital Campaign) and the amounts.

At any time after setting up the electronic giving solution, you can resubmit the Authorization Form or Contact Us to change the donation amount, date, frequency, funds distribution, or personal bank account information, or discontinue electronic giving entirely.

You can mail the Authorization Form to the address below, drop it by the Parish Office, or leave it in a sealed envelope in the collection basket.
